As you look at fitness and wellness, I’ve found that three parts come together to paint the whole picture. I would often wonder which one of the three out of sleep, healthy eating, and exercise was more more important. Could I eat great and lack sleep? Could I sleep well, but not workout? Could I just eat healthy and grind and not make time to move and sweat?
I’ve found when all three are in balance and moving toward the potential of each, we start to see this interesting picture of wholeness that all starts coming together. It’s when the harmony of the three that fall into sync that we see a type of health we were created to live in. I’ve also found it’s easier then you might think, and when you see the results, you’ll find it even more enjoyable to live out too.
